Job Description

1. Advisor and Chairman in Charge

Rector & Vice Rector I
Job Responsibility
  • To direct and provide strategic policy guidance for the Sustainability Campus division.
  • To ensure that the program is aligned with the vision and mission of the institution.
  • To monitor and assess the implementation of sustainability programs.
  • To support networking and collaboration between the institution and external parties.
  • To validate and approve the main institutional work programs related to sustainability.

2. Head of Sustainability Division

Management Task and Responsibility
  1. To manage and coordinate planning, monitoring, evaluation, and performance review of sustainability programs on campus.
  2. To manage and coordinate campus sustainability policies with other related units.
  3. To be responsible for managing campus buildings and facilities in accordance with sustainability principles, including aesthetics, cleanliness, and campus comfort.
  4. To implement rules and regulations on waste management in the campus community, including reduction, sorting, separation, and transportation of waste in an environmentally friendly manner according to institutional regulations.
  5. To facilitate documentation and maintain data on campus sustainability activities for evaluation and institutional reporting.
  6. To set targets and conduct evaluations of campus sustainability action programs.
  7. To ensure the availability of facilities supporting campus sustainability management.
  8. To implement planning, maintenance, and evaluation of human resource performance as part of the Sustainability Campus team.
  9. To coordinate with faculties, postgraduate schools, study programs, and other related internal institutional units in supporting sustainability programs.
  10. To submit routine reports on program implementation to the Vice Rector I as the person in charge within the institution.

3. Secretary of Campus Sustainability

Task and Responsibility
  • To manage the administrative duties of the organization.
  • To record minutes and document meetings and organizational events.
  • To administer schedules and internal coordination for institutional activities.
  • To prepare and submit reports as a form of accountability to the authorities.
  • To manage the organization’s database and archive system.
  • To support communication flow among institutional divisions.

4. Staff Sustainability Campus

Task Force and Responsibilities
  • To develop campus-based environmental sustainability programs.
  • To initiate activities such as waste management, greening programs, and energy efficiency campaigns.
  • To promote environmental awareness among the academic community.
  • To collaborate with other parties in sustaining and developing a green campus.
  • To evaluate environmental activities and measure their impact.
  • To develop literacy and public understanding of sustainability programs.
  • To conduct seminars, workshops, and focus group discussions on environmental issues.
  • To publish educational environmental content through articles, social media, and other platforms.
  • To support research and cultural literacy based on local wisdom.
  • To increase student awareness of environmental issues around campus.
  • To analyze local government policies based on sustainability values and local wisdom.
  • To develop campus social service programs for local communities.
  • To establish internal cooperation with local authorities and other institutions.
  • To educate students about the role and functions of local government autonomy.
  • To initiate public policy analysis related to sustainability issues.
